Ten Museum Park designed by Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture + Design, was completed in early 2007. The building has 50 floors with only 200 units. The tower was planned to reflect the heat from the sun while still keeping warmth, plus it provides a great array of interlocking lofts, shallow flats with wrap-around glass and some units feature independent soaking pools. Ten Museum Park also contains 20,000 Sq. Ft. of Class A office space and retail space on the lower floors.
